Heads Up for 2015 Proxy Season: Two Proxy Advisory Firm Developments
Last week, Institutional Shareholder Services Inc. (ISS) and Glass Lewis released updates to their proxy voting policies for the 2015 proxy season. ISS also released an update to its QuickScore product, known as “QuickScore 3.0,” to be launched on November 24, 2014. This Alert provides guidance to U.S. companies on how to address ISS and Glass Lewis policy changes, as well as changes to questions and methodology under QuickScore 3.0.
