On Friday, September 18, 2015, the Federal Regulation of Securities Committee of the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section (“Committee”) held its regular Dialogue with the Director of the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Corporation Finance, Keith F. Higgins. Committee participants were outgoing Committee Chair Cathy Dixon and Committee Vice-Chair David Sirignano.
