Two Proposals, One Mission: Lighter Disclosure Burdens and Broader Capital Markets Access
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has proposed two sets of rule amendments aimed at easing regulatory burdens for domestic public issuers and expanding access to the public markets.
