Heads Up for the 2016 Proxy Season: Verify Your ISS QuickScore Data Now
On November 2, 2015, Institutional Shareholder Services announced that its Quickscore data verification period had opened. During the data verification period, companies may access and update the underlying data that ISS uses to calculate their QuickScore governance ratings. Companies should verify their data and provide feedback before the data verification window closes on November 13, 2015 at 8:00 p.m. EST.
